I called customer service, where I spoke with a pleasant lady who took my order and sent two workers, Randy and Dylan, for the repair. These workers arrived promptly and carried out all necessary repairs, demonstrating a high level of courtesy and professionalism. Our garage door now works even better than before, especially the noise level has significantly decreased. The public needs more quality companies like Car Wal. Thank you.

My call to the company went smoothly and met the tech Randy at my house. From the get go he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands ...and I was! While he was there, I asked if he could also install an emergency latch in case we had this issue again. Without hesitation he did it. We are beyond pleased with the work provided. Ryan and Dylan came to my home on 11/21/23 and repaired my damaged garage door. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, experienced, fast and did a repair that exceeded my expectations. They weren't pushy with unnecessary recommendations but agreed with my approach to replace all items. I'm very happy with the service that this company provided. Also, office personnel Kyle and Robyn were very helpful thru the process.

The dealer will not help me with this and I don’t understand why this is happening when all ,y neighbours purchased the same door prior to mine and they do not have this issue? Other than that all is well very disturbing they do not stand behind their product for the price you pay. Do not buy from Car Wall

Had follow up service that needed to be done and it was performed very quickly and efficiently by Jordan. Very happy with the product quality, installers and service team! Highly recommend!
