Every person we dealt with, from the sales rep, repair technician, office manager to the installer was professional and went above and beyond. They assisted us in finding an exactly match for our door in both colour and style which made us very happy, otherwise we would have had to replace two doors instead of just one, Thank you Phil, Randy, Robin and Dillion!

Carrie was great to work with and our installer Colin did a fantastic job. My wife and I are very pleased with our new garage door and the amazing facelift it provides to the front of our home.

Tech showed up on time, friendly, professional. And very capable. (As my garage is not one of those in which one parks a car.) Repair is done completely to my satisfaction and relief. The door is ten years old. There is a sticker on the inside with CarWal's phone number; so I called them. Their number is now in my phone.
