We have recently moved to our new house there was already a car-wal installed garage door, which has broke on us twice. We called to get it fixed, we were told it would be atleast 2 weeks to have… Read more We have recently moved to our new house there was already a car-wal installed garage door, which has broke on us twice. We called to get it fixed, we were told it would be atleast 2 weeks to have someone come out and service it. We told them our two vehicles are trapped inside. They told us they can’t help. When I asked for other people who could help us she told me she didn’t know and just google it.

This is the second time I’ve had to call upon car-wal for help. At our first home we had them come to it to see if we could have an automatic garage door opener installed we were told we couldn’t and… Read more This is the second time I’ve had to call upon car-wal for help. At our first home we had them come to it to see if we could have an automatic garage door opener installed we were told we couldn’t and that there wasn’t enough room. We had a second opinion come out and they said it was not a problem and they installed it and we never had an issue with it.

Contacted them via email, returned call within an hour and service was done by the next morning by a qualified and professional gentleman.

A day or 2 later… Read more On the coldest day so far in 2023, the spring on my double garage door broke. I call the Garage Door Store and they came out that afternoon to measure the spring(s) I would need. A day or 2 later they came back and installed 2 new springs. All is good!
