The dealer will not help me with this and I don’t understand why this is happening when all ,y neighbours purchased the same door prior to mine and they do not have this issue? Other than that all is well very disturbing they do not stand behind their product for the price you pay. Do not buy from Car Wall

I spoke with 4 different garage door Dealers, and only The Garage Door Store had both the Lowest Price and the Highest Expertise. It's unbelievable how uninformed some dealers are with regard to the Specifications of a garage door trosion spring. On my 4th & last call, I got Dan Raven on the phone from The Garage Door Store in Orillia, ON. Dan had the expertise.

Our old garage door remote quit working. It was 18 years old and the serial number did not match with the new products on sale. I was afraid that I may need a new motor. However, Barbara Q had one… Read more Our old garage door remote quit working. It was 18 years old and the serial number did not match with the new products on sale. I was afraid that I may need a new motor. However, Barbara Q had one that she thought would work. The service man came on time and the replacement remote worked. I was so happy.!

PS: At no extra charge the service man also reprogramed an outside remote.
