Service is still excellent. Jason stopped in for a service / pm call. Provided good service, corrected my issue (opener related) and explained everything to me. Door is still in great shape.

What sealed the deal was Chris, our sales adviser who is very knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with, he didn't let us down. Even though we had to wait 6 months to get our door because of covid issues we knew this ahead of time, Of course wouldn't you know it while waiting for the new door to arrive our 30 year old Garage door broke, I contacted Carrie our sales agent at Car-Wal and they sent someone out the next day to repair the broken door at No charge to us, great customer service .
