Michael the installer takes pride in his work as he should, and answered all of our questions about the door itself the garage door opener and the App that operates it. My call to the company went smoothly and met the tech Randy at my house. From the get go he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands ...and I was! While he was there, I asked if he could also install an emergency latch in case we had this issue again. Without hesitation he did it. We are beyond pleased with the work provided.
