By 1pm they had been at my house and placed a clamp on the spring, which allowed me to use the door. I was advised they would be back within the week with new spring. And they were, 8:30am Thurs. Great service. The service techs were good guys and did their company proud. Price was good. Thanks to all involved.

Inside sales were… Read more After a door repair at another house, I went back to the Guelph office of Car-Wal as I knew they were reliable. The outside saleslady was kind, considerate and well informed. Inside sales were efficient as ever. I'm glad I listened when my advisor suggested the enhanced product with increased insulation. The installer was great to work with and did a super job. He cleared up his work area after him. Great job.

Jen visited us herself to do measurements and brought colour samples. … Read more I can usually find something to complain about with anything but everything about getting our new garage door went perfectly. Jen visited us herself to do measurements and brought colour samples. The installation of the new door and disposal of the old one went very well despite a few challenges of the job. A few days later, another installer came to do the flashing around the door.
Now that we've lived with it for a month, we couldn't be more pleased. The price was very good too.
