My online booking for service was quickly confirmed and on Tuesday Mike (Curly) Slade showed up at my place within the promised time, fixed, adjusted and lubricated my door while giving me a comprehensive lesson on proper garage door care and maintenance, answered a bunch of dumb questions with patience and experienced answers, and was out of there in about an hour.
