And very… Read more Called CarWal to book a repair. Sales rep was friendly and helpful - great phone manners (I felt I needed to fully explain my situation.) Tech showed up on time, friendly, professional. And very capable. (As my garage is not one of those in which one parks a car.) Repair is done completely to my satisfaction and relief. The door is ten years old. There is a sticker on the inside with CarWal's phone number; so I called them. Their number is now in my phone.

The outside saleslady was kind, considerate and well informed. Inside sales were efficient as ever. I'm glad I listened when my advisor suggested the enhanced product with increased insulation. The installer was great to work with and did a super job. He cleared up his work area after him. Great job.

Service is still excellent. Jason stopped in for a service / pm call. Provided good service, corrected my issue (opener related) and explained everything to me. Door is still in great shape.
Its nice to receive quality service. Especially when there are so many contractors out there today providing sub par work.
