There was a small dent on one of the panels and they insisted that it be replaced. They ordered a new one and had it installed all within 3 weeks. Great company.

They came right away and got me on my way to work asap and then set a date to come fix the door another time. This is why I did not hesitate to connect with them when it was time for a new door. Their customer service is top notch. Calling me with updates, even letting me know they were running behind and would come the next day. I so appreciated just knowing this.

In this day and age when service to customers seems to be a thing of the past it is heartening to find a company who puts their customers first and they saved me the money I would have spent on a service call.
