One observation I would mention is, although the guys cleaned up the large items, an extra 5 mins to sweep up my garage floor (which I made sure was clean for them before they arrived)and clean the floor by the edges of my door where they drilled and made a mess, it would have been appreciated.It took me 10 mins to do so and I thought it should have been done by the installers.

We love the look of the new doors and their ease of operation. Thank you Gord and Alex.

The job site was clean upon completion and we're left with a nice new door and an opener that you can barely hear. We're happy and will recommend Door Designs to any of our friends/neighbours who are in the market for a new door/opener.

The only slight disappointment was that the installer left without adjusting the door opener to the new door; hence, it would not shut on it's own. Having never changed doors before I didn't realize that the door opener needs to be adjusted. A friend came and did that for me. I'm not sure if, technically speaking, that is the expectation of the installer but since you asked, I thought I would tell you. I will still recommend your company, product and price to anyone who asks.
