I was afraid that I may need a new motor. However, Barbara Q had one that she thought would work. The service man came on time and the replacement remote worked. I was so happy.!

We could not get our car out of the garage. A couple hours after my call to the garage door store two technicians arrived and did a temporary fix so the door would work. About a week later technicians completed a permanent repair by replacing the spring with a new one. We were very pleased with the work. The price was reasonable. Overall our experience with the Garage Door Store was excellent

They came quickly and perfectly fixed the problem. I was impressed by the courteous and professional installers who came, and also the salesperson who came the next day and inspected the repair. The repair was also a very reasonable price. The overall customer service was excellent. When we need a new door in the future we know who to call.

Advised of install date well in advance and install happened as scheduled. Complete removal of 2 doors and all mechanisms and 2 new doors with complete hardware installed flawlessly. Very pleasant and professional installer. Everyone I dealt with including office staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend the Orillia branch of this company.
